Raising Capital for Arthur Andersen Alumns

Dear fellow Andersen Alums,
As you know, clients are regularly looking for additional and/or enhanced financing. Many companies are initially approaching their own bank or other lending institutions familiar to them, and in a significant number of cases, responses are positive. However, perhaps the need for financing is for an acquisition, an expansion or, in the case of a troubled company, the search is for a new loan source. In our current economy, many qualified companies are experiencing negative results and are searching for and considering fresh alternatives on favorable terms. I have found several new options or solutions for many clients and want to share my findings with you.
I have recently formed a partnership with Arthur M. Gelber and Michael W. Levy of AMG Financing Capital and Omega Capital Partners, respectively. I was with the Firm for almost 35 years and retired as the Partner-in-Charge of Andersen's Southern California practice, and with responsibilities for various other offices in the U.S. and other areas of the world.
